There are two graphs, one shows temperature change between 1860 and 1980 _________ the other represents sea level rise from 1860 to the present day and a future projection ______ 2100.
The graphs depict an overall general ______ in temperature change and sea levels. With regard to _______ ___ temperature there has been an ________ though ____________ trend. In 1860 temperature change was just below 0°c; ___________ by 1980 this ___ ______ to 0.5°c. The most dramatic ________ was between 1990 and 1940 from approximately –0.24°c to 0.4°c. __________ 1970 and 1980 there was also a further _________ rise in temperature change.
Where temperature change has ________, the rise in sea levels has been relatively smooth. Between 1860 and 1980, sea levels ______ slightly by 6 centimetres. However, this rise has quickened over the last twenty years and an additional 4 centimetres has been added to sea levels.
